Pre-press
Our pre-press department employs the latest technology to manage your artwork files quickly and accurately from entry through proofing and into a seamless interface with our pressroom. Many customers enjoy the convenience of our Kodak InSite web-accessible portal for 24/7 access to easily upload files, review, and comment with multiple users online. Our experienced pre-press experts are at your service, striving to make your working experience with Meredith-Webb stress-free and enjoyable.
Press
We have a deep press room and will match each job to the ideal press. Two 64" presses provide 7-color plus inline coating units and extensive UV capabilities. Our KBA Rapida presses have a maximum production speed of 15,000 sheets per hour. Many steps in the make-ready process are now automated, adding even more speed to our production process. The new KBA 205 press with 81" capacity will handle all your largest format needs.
In-house efficiency
With all elements of production under one roof, projects are completed efficiently & with minimal waste. We keep a broad selection of roll-stock in-house, and our on-site sheeting capability allows us to move jobs into production quickly. Complemented by in-house ink formulation, proofing, plating, die-cutting, folding, gluing & more, our on-site resources help your projects come to fruition with ease.
